I really wanted to do Fran or a towel-pullup Fran to sub for this, but there has literally been no time between working, talking to Pete in London, visiting baby Claire in the hospital for feeds, eating, going out to home to feed Sprocket and trying to steal some sleep. Disappointing but we’ll see what tomorrow holds.

Calves are really sore from the run yesterday, but everything else is really happy. Feet are happy!
