Basically…
Almost feeling my old self today. Not quite, but almost. I’ve lost a kilo and a half – probably mostly water – during the not-eating-very-much period of the last few days and walking up the stairs actually took a little effort. Eep.

Better get off to bed … I’m a little excited about getting down to CrossFit Victoria HQ to raise some coin for Pete Trapp, a trainer there (and generally really nice guy) who lost pretty much everything bar his wife and two year old boy to last weeks fires.
