3 x 8 1/2 Kneeling 90º External Scapular Plane Rotation (cable)
3 x 8 Wide Stance Anti-Rotation Chop
Swings @ 16kg
Yikes. That used to be a whole lot easier, even with the 24kg KB.
Between 45 of us, we raised $1.2M.
